About A Taste of Our Ambiance
I designed the layout of my cafés to change with the time of day. In the morning, you get bright, airy spaces at our Manyata and Yelahanka outlets that are perfect for a quick breakfast, while our lighting shifts to a warmer, intimate glow in the evening. It is about creating a rhythm that matches your meal.
When I opened my first café in Sahakar Nagar, I wanted it to be a community hub, not just a place to eat. Since then, I have expanded to Manyata Tech Park and the Padukone-Dravid Centre in Yelahanka, but the design philosophy remains consistent across all three.
At Manyata, I focused on creating a retreat from the work environment. You will find green walkways and outdoor seating that allow for a quiet breath of fresh air during a busy workday. The open kitchen design means you can see the hustle and the craft behind every croissant and meal, bringing a level of transparency to your dining experience.
My Yelahanka location, set within the sports centre, leans into a more open, modern structure. It is airy, bright, and built for a longer, laid-back experience—perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch or a relaxed dinner.
Every piece of furniture and light fixture was chosen to help you disconnect from the city noise and feel like you have stepped into a quiet neighborhood spot in France. Whether you are coming in for a solo coffee at the counter, a business lunch, or a family dinner, the goal is the same: providing a space that feels comfortable, inviting, and entirely yours.

I am Chef Amiel, and I wanted to build more than just a restaurant. My goal is to create spaces where the food, the soft lighting, and the quiet background music come together to make you feel like you have stepped right out of Bengaluru and into a corner of France.
