Online Yoga and Personal Training at Home
Whether you are joining me from your living room or I am coming to yours, the practice remains the same: a focus on breath, feeling, and your unique path. Let's start today. 🧘♀️
This video is a celebration of my four-year journey with Yujir Yoga, showing clips from my own practice, group classes, and online sessions. It captures the flexibility of how we can practice together, whether in person or through a screen.
About Online Yoga & Personal Training
My online sessions are not just pre-recorded videos you follow along with. We use live, two-way interaction on Google Meet, meaning I can watch your movements and correct your posture in real-time, just as if you were in my Munirka studio. If you prefer private home training in South Delhi, I travel to you with props and a plan designed specifically for your body's energy levels that day. ✨
How We Practice
Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self. My mission is to help you thrive, not just survive. Whether we are connecting via screen or meeting in person, the goal is to get you comfortable with your own body, breath, and pace.
Online Yoga (Interactive): We hold live sessions on Google Meet, typically in the early morning. These are not broad classes where you get lost in the crowd. I keep groups small to ensure I can give verbal cues and adjustments to everyone. You get the flexibility of practicing from home without sacrificing the guidance of a teacher who actually sees your alignment.
Private Home Training: I travel across South Delhi for one-on-one or couples sessions. This is where we go deep. If you are dealing with back pain, need weight management, or want to master a specific asana like Sirsasana, we build a roadmap together. I bring the props; you just bring your mat and the willingness to show up.
The Reality of Practice: Some days you will feel amazing, and some days a bit off—sab chalta hai (it’s all good). My teaching is about meeting you where you are today. We mix it up with Vinyasa flows, pranayam (breathwork), and meditation, but the structure is always flexible based on how you feel.
Don't wait for everything to be perfect. You don't need to be flexible to start yoga; you just need to begin.
