About Advanced Asanas & Flows
Moving into advanced flows requires more than just physical strength. It demands an understanding of alignment and the intelligent use of props. In my sessions, we use blocks, straps, and wall support to safely explore complex poses like Bakasana or Sirsasana. I focus on breaking these down so you can build a sustainable practice that keeps you injury-free while you reach your goals.
Why do we push our limits? Advanced yoga is not just about the final shape of an asana. It is about the discipline, the breath control, and the mental clarity required to hold a challenging posture. At Yujir Yoga, my goal is to guide you through these complexities without the ego-driven intensity often found elsewhere.
How We Approach Advanced Practice
- Prop-Assisted Learning: We do not jump into poses. We use foam blocks, straps, and the wall to understand your center of gravity before attempting unsupported inversions. This ensures you are ready when the time comes to fly.
- Small Group Environment: My studio in Munirka, South Delhi, hosts batches of 10 students or fewer. This intimacy allows me to provide hands-on adjustments and real-time corrections, which are crucial when working on arm balances or deep backbends.
- Personalized Progression: Whether you are struggling with a specific inversion or looking to refine your Vinyasa flow, my sessions are tailored to your current level. We focus on the 'work-in'—listening to your body rather than forcing it into a shape.
If you are ready to move from beginner flows to more complex sequences, let's connect. Whether you prefer in-person training in Munirka or live interaction via Google Meet, I am here to support your journey.
