About Advanced Asanas & Flows

Moving into advanced flows requires more than just physical strength. It demands an understanding of alignment and the intelligent use of props. In my sessions, we use blocks, straps, and wall support to safely explore complex poses like Bakasana or Sirsasana. I focus on breaking these down so you can build a sustainable practice that keeps you injury-free while you reach your goals.
