This is the Salamba Sirsasana, a supported headstand. It's known as the king of asanas for its benefits in calming the mind and strengthening the entire body. With step by step guidance, you can build the confidence to practice inversions like this too.

Proper form is everything. In this short tutorial, I demonstrate the correct way to perform Ardha Uttanasana, the half forward bend, to protect your spine and get the full benefits of the stretch. We focus on these details in every class.

Using a yoga strap to deepen the Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance Pose. Props are wonderful tools for beginners and advanced students alike, helping to improve flexibility and achieve poses with correct alignment.

The final and most important part of any practice: Savasana, or Corpse Pose. This is where we integrate the benefits of our physical practice, allowing the body and mind to find complete rest and rejuvenation.

In my Munirka studio, we keep group sizes small—just 6 to 10 people—so you never get lost in the crowd. Whether you are using a strap to perfect your Natarajasana or just learning how to breathe correctly in Savasana, I make sure you get the attention you need to stay safe and progress at your own pace.
