About Beginner-Friendly & Guided Practice
If you think you are not flexible enough for yoga, you are exactly the person I want in class. We use props like foam blocks and stretching straps to support your body so you can focus on your breath, not just the shape of the pose, making even complex asanas accessible from your very first session.
Your Personal Journey
Yoga is a journey, not a destination. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning after a long break, the focus at Yujir Yoga is always on your inner experience. We do not chase gym-style fitness here. We chase clarity, breath, and peace.
The Practice
We start with the basics of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. You do not need to be flexible to start. If you cannot touch your toes, that is fine. We use blocks, straps, and wall support to modify every asana, ensuring your alignment is correct and your body feels safe. We focus heavily on pranayam, which is the control of breath, to help you calm the mind and reduce daily stress.
Where We Practice
In our Munirka studio, we keep group sessions small, capped at approximately 10 people. This allows me to see everyone, correct your posture, and provide the specific guidance you need. If you cannot make it to our DDA Flats studio, I also conduct live interactive sessions on Google Meet where I offer real-time verbal cues to keep your practice on track. For those who need complete privacy, I travel to homes in South Delhi for 1-on-1 coaching.
What to Expect
Yoga is not a performance. Some days you will feel strong, other days you might feel stiff. Sab chalta hai (it is all good). My role is to guide you through the process, helping you build strength and focus at your own pace. Just show up to your mat. That is enough. ✨
