About Yoga for Kids: Building Focus & Strength

Our kids' sessions run daily from 4 PM to 5 PM, specifically structured to bridge the gap between school and home. We combine Gurukul discipline with playful movement, using techniques like Super Brain Yoga to target academic concentration, eye relief for screen fatigue, and posture correction for growing spines.

Yoga is about more than just keeping kids active. For children aged 5 to 15, we design our sessions to support their developmental stages.

The Gurukul Approach

We believe in a disciplined yet supportive environment. Our studio is not a gym; it is a space for character building. By integrating balancing poses and strength-building asanas, children develop body awareness that helps in sports and daily activities.
