- Iyengar & Alignment Yoga: This is our specialty. We use props like ropes, blocks, and straps to help you safely deepen your stretches, open your shoulders, and correct posture, regardless of your current flexibility.
- Therapeutic Yoga: We run dedicated batches for those dealing with chronic pain, such as back pain, cervical issues, or lifestyle conditions like diabetes and thyroid.
- Kids Yoga: A mix of fun and discipline, helping children improve concentration, posture, and strength with age-appropriate techniques.
- Online & Global Classes: If you cannot reach our studio in Rohini or Greater Noida, our live online sessions allow you to practice with us in real-time, receiving the same verbal corrections and guidance as our in-person students.
