- Iyengar Props: Usage of wooden bricks, metal chairs, bolsters, and belts to modify poses for limited mobility.
- Rope Wall Therapy: Spinal traction and deep stretching using permanent wall-mounted ropes (Kuronta Yoga).
- Hands-on Correction: Physical adjustments by the specialist to ensure safe alignment.

Iyengar yoga for pain relief is my jam. The method focuses on doing each pose right, not fast. You’ll use chairs, wall ropes, blocks, wheels, bolsters, and straps - they help you get the most out of every pose, safely. Old, young, injured, stiff - sabke liye (for everyone).
Holistic System: More Than Asanas
Therapeutic yoga for chronic conditions means we work on the inside too. Sessions are a mix of asanas, pranayam (breath work), and dhyan (meditation) - like Soham meditation: shwaas andar toh 'So', shwaas bahar toh 'Hum' (inhale 'So', exhale 'Hum').

You’ll join a dedicated medical yoga class, paced for healing. Expect hands-on adjustments and clear guidance from faculty with Gurukul roots. Our studio environment is calm and disciplined - a space to focus on your health, not distractions.

Namaskar, hum Yogiparivaar hain - yogiyon ka parivaar. Delhi ki tez zindagi mein, humne ek aisi jagah banayi hai jahan sirf yoga nahi, parivaar ka ehsaas milta hai. Jab koi keh deta hai ki unki medical condition ya mental peace improve hui, wahi humari asli kamai hai. Hamare students sirf India se nahi, USA, South Korea se bhi online judte hain. Sab ek parivaar ki tarah, ek dusre ko support karte hain. Yeh hi humara mission hai.
