Mastering advanced asanas like Purna Dhanurasana or full splits isn't about brute force—it's about understanding your body's structural limits and using the right tools to extend them safely. In our advanced batches, we use the Iyengar prop system, including rope walls and wooden blocks, to create a stable foundation. This allows you to hold complex poses longer and with better control, protecting your joints while you deepen your practice.

Our approach to advanced yoga is rooted in the Iyengar tradition, which we believe is the safest path to mastery. When you attempt an inversion or a deep hip opener, your body naturally tries to compensate, often leading to poor form or injury. We use the Kurunta Yoga wall rope system and specific prop kits to act as external support, allowing you to focus on the nuance of each movement rather than just the struggle of the pose.
