My Story
Macarena in 4th grade—who knew that’d kickstart a lifelong love for movement? I opened my studio not just for fitness, but for community. Here, we mix tradition with sweat—Janmashtami brings classical dance, Holi means 'rang barse' and laughter. My own journey’s wild—recently did my first ice bath, felt like an 'ikk kudi' (new girl). Every feather added, every holy dip, keeps my karmas moving. This studio’s my heart, full of gratitude and warmth. Jai Mata di.

Classes for Mind & Body - We offer functional yoga, aerial yoga for kids and adults, pre/post natal yoga, facial yoga, and Zumba.
Healing & Transformation - Not just workouts—think natural IVF support yoga, breathwork, manifestation, and finding peace. Miracles happen here.
