About Yoga & Movement Therapy
I see yoga as more than stretching - it’s about checking in with yourself, even when life feels heavy. I believe every body is a yoga body. Here, it's not about perfection, it’s about healing, growing, and feeling good in your own skin.
Finding Your Shanti (Peace) through Movement
Kabhi-kabhi, life gets crazy. I use yoga as therapy to help you find that inner shanti. If you’re dealing with chronic pain, I bring gentle Hatha yoga and mindful movement so you can get your freedom back. Got PCOS or hormonal imbalances? I’ve put together routines with Suryanamaskar and targeted asanas for hormonal balance yoga practice. Emotional wellness through movement is a big part of what we do - it’s your daily happiness boost and stress-buster.
Making Yoga Fun & Accessible
We mix things up with yoga wheels, sticks, straps, stability balls, and even dumbbells (Liftasana). These prop-based yoga sessions make movement playful and help with alignment, strength, and flexibility. Don’t worry if you’re new or have injuries - props make yoga friendly for all.
Special Journeys
Facial yoga for a natural glow, and dedicated prenatal and postnatal yoga therapy for moms at every stage. I’ve got you covered whether you want to tone, recover, or just relax.
The ‘Yoga Gang’ Vibe
You’re not just joining a class - you’re joining our yoga gang. We lift each other up through partner work and group circles. No judgement here, just good vibes and support for every step of your journey.

My Story
Macarena in 4th grade—who knew that’d kickstart a lifelong love for movement? I opened my studio not just for fitness, but for community. Here, we mix tradition with sweat—Janmashtami brings classical dance, Holi means 'rang barse' and laughter. My own journey’s wild—recently did my first ice bath, felt like an 'ikk kudi' (new girl). Every feather added, every holy dip, keeps my karmas moving. This studio’s my heart, full of gratitude and warmth. Jai Mata di.
