Here is the schedule for Day 1 of our Nashik retreat, focusing on arriving into a state of calm. The day unfolds with restorative yoga, a nature walk, and intensive breathwork to begin the process of somatic healing.
Day 2 is dedicated to anchoring in your true self. The schedule includes yogic rituals like kriya and pranayama, creative energy work, and unique practices like blindfold yoga and mantra chanting.
On Day 3, we integrate our experiences with Yin Yoga and a silent walk. After a nourishing breakfast, our journey often includes a visit to a sacred local site to connect with the area's spiritual energy.

- Mindful Movement: We start with morning Hatha or Vinyasa flows, followed by Yin Yoga to release tension stored in the body.
- Deep Healing: Experience the release of stored emotions through Conscious Connected Breathwork and immersive sound baths using crystal bowls.
- Ritual & Connection: Evenings are for gathering. We host bonfire circles, mantra chanting, and, on occasion, visit sacred spots like the Trimbakeshwar Temple to ground our practice.
