Step away from the Mumbai bustle and reconnect with yourself. Our Nashik wellness retreats are designed to help you hit pause, breathe deep, and find stillness through nature, movement, and community.

Imagine a soul-nourishing journey where you are surrounded by nature and a warm community. Our 3-day, 2-night retreats include morning rituals, nature walks, sound healing, and meditation by the bonfire.

This video is a window into our out-of-city retreats. It shows the blend of activities from yoga and art therapy to releasing lanterns under the night sky, all designed to create a journey of healing and self-discovery.

Our Ananda Wellness Retreat is an intimate experience hosted at a luxury wellness resort. This poster gives you a glimpse of the blissful journey we have planned to help you reconnect with your inner self.

Here is the schedule for Day 1 of our Nashik retreat, focusing on arriving into a state of calm. The day unfolds with restorative yoga, a nature walk, and intensive breathwork to begin the process of somatic healing.

Day 2 is dedicated to anchoring in your true self. The schedule includes yogic rituals like kriya and pranayama, creative energy work, and unique practices like blindfold yoga and mantra chanting.

On Day 3, we integrate our experiences with Yin Yoga and a silent walk. After a nourishing breakfast, our journey often includes a visit to a sacred local site to connect with the area's spiritual energy.

About Escape the City: Our Nashik Wellness Retreats

Our Nashik retreats aren't about rushing through a packed schedule; they are crafted to let you drop your city-life pace. You will experience a blend of intensive somatic healing—like Conscious Connected Breathwork and sound baths—balanced with restorative Yin Yoga and nature walks. We keep the groups intimate so you actually have the space to be quiet, share a bonfire, and eat nourishing, farm-fresh satvik meals without the guilt of needing to be productive.
