Life can feel loud and fast. Join me to pause, breathe, and let the therapeutic vibrations of Tibetan bowls quiet the noise. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself.

A glimpse into a sound bath meditation workshop in Bangalore. In sound we are born, and in sound we are healed. Participants rest in Savasana as the healing frequencies harmonize the body's vibrations.

This video captures the tranquil atmosphere of my Breathwork and Sound Healing workshop in Bangalore. Participants lie down and allow the soothing vibrations to guide them toward deep relaxation.

A short tour of one of my workshops, from participants arriving to the deep relaxation of a sound bath, and ending with a happy, rejuvenated group. It's a journey of releasing stress and activating inner peace.

A participant shares her experience of attending my sound bath meditation for the first time in Bangalore. It's a reminder for all of us to slow down and find moments of peace in our fast-paced lives.

I am preparing for a sound healing session at the Courtyard by Marriott in Hebbal. The serene setting complements the therapeutic vibrations of the bowls, creating a truly luxurious wellness experience.

Here I am providing a personalized sound healing treatment, placing a Tibetan bowl on a participant's body. This technique allows the healing vibrations to penetrate deeply, releasing stress and emotional blockages.

My sister and I leading a guided meditation to begin a sound healing workshop. We work together to create a safe and harmonious space for everyone to relax and connect with their inner selves.

About this collection

You do not need to know how to meditate to attend these sessions. Most workshops start with a 20-minute guided breathwork practice to help your nervous system shift gears, followed by an hour of sound immersion where you simply lie down in Savasana. It is an effective way to reset, especially if you have been carrying tension in your shoulders or racing thoughts all week.

My workshops are designed to be a practical break from the daily grind of city life. Whether you are dealing with burnout, hormonal fluctuations, or just general fatigue, these sessions combine ancient yogic wisdom with a modern understanding of how sound affects the brain.

What to Expect

Each session is an immersive experience. We use a set of 7+ Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and Koshi chimes to create frequencies that help you drop into a deep state of relaxation.

  • Breathwork: We spend the first part of the session on Pranayama to clear the mind.
  • The Sound Bath: The core of the workshop. You lie on a yoga mat, often with an eye mask, while I guide the vibrations. The goal is to let the sound do the work, helping your brain waves slow down.
  • Integration: We always end with a small community sharing circle, because healing often feels lighter when done in a group.

Finding Your Space in Bengaluru

I host these sessions in various partner studios across city hubs like Koramangala, Indiranagar, and Domlur. I intentionally keep group sizes small—typically 15 to 25 people—to ensure the audio quality of the bowls remains crisp and the atmosphere stays safe and intimate.

We provide standard studio mats, but I recommend bringing a towel or an extra layer if you get cold easily while lying still. If you are new to this, do not worry about 'doing it right.' There is no performance here; just show up, lie down, and let the sound work for you.

I am Sreya. I believe healing should not feel like a chore, so I keep my sessions grounded—no complex poses or perfect yogi expectations. I am just here to share the tools that helped me find my own quiet amidst the chaos of city life.
