Yoga for me is about finding joy in movement and listening to the wisdom of the body. Here I am, finding my balance and flexibility amidst the serene landscapes of Ooty, a perfect example of the kind of nature-infused practice I love to share.

I believe wellness should be accessible everywhere, including the workplace. Here, I am providing a personalized sound healing experience during a corporate wellness session for HCL employees, helping to release tension and promote focus.

This is a glimpse of my 'Atmarpan' Retreat, which means self-surrender. Held at the beautiful NeeRav Arts Village, it is a multi-day getaway designed to help you surrender to the process of healing and self-discovery in a peaceful, supportive environment.

The most beautiful part of my work is witnessing the heartfelt connections that form in our community. A simple, warm hug can be a powerful moment of healing, reminding us that we are safe, seen, and supported on our journey.

About this collection

You do not need to be flexible to start this journey. These visuals capture the safe spaces we create—from the deep, resonating vibrations of our city-based sound baths in places like Koramangala and Indiranagar, to the quiet, grounding mornings we spend hiking and meditating on the outskirts of Bengaluru.

My approach is simple: I believe yoga should feel alive. I don't follow a one-size-fits-all script because every body and every day is different.

Why I Focus on These Experiences

Whether you are joining a 90-minute sound bath or a two-day residential retreat, my goal is the same—to help you find 'Santosh' (contentment) in the present moment. I use Tibetan singing bowls and gongs to help settle the nervous system, and I mix ancient yogic wisdom with science to address modern problems like stress and hormonal imbalance.

  • City Workshops: Weekend sessions in Bengaluru studios for a quick reset. We use breathwork and sound to release tension without the pressure of a gym environment.
  • Nature Escapes: My 'Anubhuti' and 'Atmarpan' retreats take us away from the city noise. These are open to everyone, whether you are coming solo, with family, or with friends. We combine movement with nature connection.
  • Real Connection: You will often see me and my sister or students sharing a moment of joy. This is intentional. I believe healing is better together, and I work to foster a community where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
