About this collection

These aren't high-intensity workouts; they are designed for connection. We focus on slow, gentle Hatha flows, giving you plenty of space to interact, cuddle, and simply be present with the pups. The goal isn't perfect alignment, but finding that sense of 'santosh'—contentment—through laughter and shared, unscripted moments.

My collaboration with local shelters means that every puppy you see on the mat with us is up for adoption. If you are worried about your flexibility or experience level, please leave that at the door. These sessions are open to everyone. Expect a bit of chaos—puppies will be puppies. They might trot over during your Cat-Cow pose, snooze on your mat during Shavasana, or simply want to play. I guide the flow and keep the space safe for both the participants and the puppies, ensuring everyone gets a chance to recharge.
