About this collection

When I lead sessions like the Face Yoga workshop for aspiring models, people often expect just beauty tips. Instead, I focus on the nervous system and mental well-being first. We work on releasing tension in the jaw and neck, because true radiance starts when you stop holding stress in your face. It is less about vanity and more about finding that quiet, relaxed state underneath the expressions.

My work extends well beyond the standard yoga mat. I often find that the most impactful sessions happen in unconventional spaces, like corporate offices, modeling academies, or even local studios where we invite everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
