My approach blends sound healing—using Tibetan singing bowls to soothe the nervous system—with practical desk yoga that can be done in office attire. We also dive into breathing techniques like Ujjayi and Anulom Vilom to help with concentration and patience, directly linking these to brain health and stress reduction.

I conduct interactive sessions that go beyond physical movement. We explore the six dimensions of wellness, helping teams understand how to balance their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being. From short 20-minute energizers to immersive afternoon sound baths, we tailor the intensity to fit your team's schedule. You do not need a yoga studio. We turn boardrooms and meeting spaces into quiet zones where team members can reconnect with themselves and each other, finding that essential feeling of Santosh—contentment—right at their desk.
