Yoga isn't about being flexible; it's about finding balance. Whether I’m moving through a flow or sitting in stillness, my practice is rooted in Santosh—that quiet, content feeling inside.

My sister and I created 'Samanayog' as a movement of hope and unity. This video shares our story and our mission to create events where you feel alive, loved, connected, and part of something meaningful.

Balance is not something you find, it's something you create. This partner flow demonstrates how we can support each other in creating physical and emotional equilibrium through our practice.

Life is a constant balance between holding on and letting go. This video shows my practice of Bakasana (Crow Pose), a reminder that even when we lose our balance, our practice teaches us how to regain it.

A hip-opening flow moving from basic to advanced postures, including Hanumanasana (the splits). Opening our hips can help release stored emotions and ground us, giving us clarity and confidence.

Returning to the basics with Balasana (Child's Pose). This ultimate reset pose helps promote digestion, alleviate back pain, and relax the mind, making you feel safe and grounded.

Practicing Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) in a lush green park. This pose is excellent for improving digestion, increasing flexibility, and calming the mind.

Live your life with a strong mind and a soft heart. This video captures my practice of Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), an advanced arm balance that requires both strength and focus.

My personal morning sadhana, or spiritual practice. Starting the day with mindful movement and meditation helps to set a positive and grounded tone for the hours ahead.

An expressive heart-opening pose, a variation of Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose). Backbends are a powerful way to release fear, cultivate courage, and open ourselves up to love and connection.

About My Personal Practice & Philosophy

Many people think they need to be flexible to start yoga, but my personal practice began as a way to heal and manage anxiety. When I practice Paschimottanasana (seated forward bend) or flow through a simple Surya Namaskar, it is never about the perfect posture. It is about checking in with my nervous system, noticing where I am holding tension, and using the breath to release it. My goal in every session is to show you that you do not need fancy equipment or advanced poses to find that same sense of groundedness.
