Welcome to my studio in Sahakar Nagar. I have designed this to be a sacred space for healing and growth, from the calming, light-filled main hall to the peaceful entryway that helps you leave the outside world behind.

Wellness is also about joyful creation and community. This video captures the spirit of our Ganesha making workshop, where participants of all ages connected with their creativity in a meditative and festive atmosphere.

When you visit, please know that we do not focus on nailing difficult poses or physical performance. Our sessions are kept small and intimate, specifically so you don't feel like you're in a crowded gym. Whether you are coming in for a sound bath or a breathwork session, the priority is creating a quiet, supportive environment where you can actually slow down.
