Vipassana changed my life, which is why I keep these sessions free and open to everyone. We practice Anapana, which is simply watching your natural breath. It is a tool for concentration that stays with you long after you leave the mat. Whether you are a beginner or an old practitioner, there is a space here for you to just be.
Food as Farmacy
Everything is connected. What you put into your body dictates your mind, as the saying goes, 'Jaisa khao ann, vaisa pao mann'. My workshops are where we bridge the gap between knowing what is healthy and actually cooking it. We ditch the oil, dairy, and refined sugar to show you that plant-based food can be delicious and vibrant.
