About this collection

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all corporate programs. In my office sessions, I focus on practical techniques like Marma therapy for digestion or simple desk stretches that your team can actually use between meetings. We use sound baths with handpans and Tibetan bowls to help employees disconnect from the screen and reconnect with themselves, even if we only have an hour.

Beyond Standard Wellness

Most corporate programs treat well-being as a box to tick. I treat it as a necessity for productivity and peace. Over the last 12 years, I have worked with everyone from local startups in Namma Bengaluru to global teams at companies like Comcast and 7-Eleven. My sessions are designed to be practical. I teach techniques that require zero equipment and can be done right at your desk or in a meeting room.

The Techniques We Use

My programs are a blend of ancient Indian practices tailored for the modern workspace:

  • Sound Immersion: I bring gongs, Tibetan bowls, and handpans to create a deep sound bath. This helps clear the mental clutter, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep quality for high-performing teams.
  • Marma Therapy: I teach simple energy points (Marma) that employees can stimulate themselves to manage gut health, bloating, or stiffness caused by hours of sitting.
  • Mindful Movement: We focus on Hatha and Vinyasa flows that open up the neck, shoulders, and hips. These aren't about perfecting a pose; they are about releasing tension that accumulates during the workday.
