I see wellness as an ongoing journey, not something you tick off a list. My retreats are a space to pause, step out of daily chaos, and tune into yourself—mentally and physically. We gather in calm, natural settings, letting nature do half the work.

Practices That Bring Balance

  • Sound healing retreats are where I start. You'll feel the vibes from Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, and a mix of other instruments. It's surprisingly easy to sink into silence and let go.
  • Yoga asanas and gentle movement loosen up both body and mind—no need to be a pro, just show up as you are.
  • Yogic breathwork sessions (pranayama) calm your nerves and help you settle deeper into meditation.
  • Sometimes I weave in Kalari moves for a bit of strength and focus—it's an ancient thing, and it works.

What We Learn Together

I love digging into the why behind each practice. We chat about nada yoga (the yoga of sound) and the science of how frequencies can heal you. You’ll get a taste of chakra balancing workshops and learn how the five elements (Pancha Mahabutas) play into all this.

How You Might Feel After

Most people leave lighter—less stress, less pain, better sleep, and a bit more clarity upstairs. Sometimes emotions bubble up and clear out. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch a whiff of that inner wisdom everyone talks about. I’m here to guide, but you set the pace. This space is yours.

My Story

Namaste, I’m Shriram, the face behind kalariyogi_shriram. For me, wellness is about mixing old traditions - yoga, Kalari, sound - and letting mind and body chill together. I’ve led sessions everywhere - Manali hills, old Kashi haveli, Cubbon park, even noisy offices. Each spot, each bunch brings its own vibe. Seeing folks find that deep inner quiet, sometimes even turning into teachers themselves, that’s what keeps me going. Grateful, always.

My Work

Sound Meditation & Teacher Training - We run Level 1 & 2 teacher training, private and group sound bath sessions, plus workshops and retreats.

Holistic Wellness Approach - Not just sound - we use yoga, Kalari, and pranayama so you get the full experience, not half-baked.

Nada Yoga & Instrument Skills - Our course covers Nada yoga, Tibetan singing bowl therapy, crystal bowl sound healing, and hands-on practice.
