Weekend Yoga Retreat (Shared Stay)
Stay & Logistics
- Duration: 3 Days and 2 Nights (typically Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon).
- Rooming: Shared occupancy (2 to 3 people per room) in rustic nature homestays or estates. Rooms are non-AC with natural ventilation.
- Amenities: Basic linen provided. Guests should carry personal toiletries and towels.
- Transport Policy: Travel to and from the destination city (e.g., Bangalore to Chikmagalur) is self-arranged and is not included in this package.
Food & Dining
- Meal Plan: All meals included (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Herbal Tea).
- Cuisine: Pure vegetarian 'Sattvic' menu (e.g., Khichdi, Sprouts, Dal, Roti). No alcohol or non-veg served.
- Style: Community buffet dining, often seated on the floor.
Activities & Classes
- Yoga: 4 to 5 sessions covering morning energizing flows and evening restorative Hatha yoga.
- Wellness: Includes group sound healing (Tibetan bowls) and guided breathwork (Pranayama).
- Outdoor: Guided nature walk or trek within the estate and group bonfire (weather permitting).
Couples Retreat Package (Private Room)
Accommodation Upgrade
- Private Room: Guaranteed private double-occupancy room for the couple for 2 Nights.
- Bathroom: Private attached washroom with hot water facility.
- Setting: Located within the main estate to ensure full access to community activities while maintaining privacy.
Retreat Access (For 2 Pax)
- Dining: Full board vegetarian meals included for both guests.
- Classes: Full participation in all group yoga flows, meditation sessions, and philosophical talks.
- Experiences: Includes access to sound bath sessions, nature walks, and evening Satsangs.
Exclusions
- Transport: Inter-city travel to the venue is not included.
- Personal Therapies: 1-on-1 consultations or private massages are not part of this package.
Child Add-On (Ages 5 to 12)
Essentials
- Bedding: One extra floor mattress provided in the parents' assigned room.
- Meals: Access to the standard healthy buffet spread. Note that specific 'kids menu' items (fries, nuggets) are not available.
Participation
- Access: Children are welcome to join community gatherings, nature walks, and chanting sessions.
- Supervision: Parents are responsible for supervision during silence periods or intensive adult yoga blocks.
