About Yoga & Wellness Retreats
Why I Do This
Sometimes, life just gets too loud. I’ve seen how easy it is to feel tired and stressed, forgetting what quiet feels like. That’s why I offer retreats – not just for a break, but to help you come back to yourself and find some real nemmadi (peace).
What’s Different About My Retreats
I focus on mindful travel experiences, not just yoga sessions. Each retreat is built around slowing down, whether you want complete silence, a dose of adventure, or just a short reset.
- Silent Retreats near Srirangapatna: We spend 3 days in guided silence, practice Hatha and Yin yoga, cyclic meditation, soulful bhajans, and eat simple satvik food.
- Bali Harmony Retreat: Here, it’s all about spiritual wellness getaway. We dive into local traditions, do yoga by waterfalls, join water blessing rituals, and eat fresh farm-to-table meals.
- Day Escapes: If you can’t get away for long, join us for a nature-based yoga retreat at Makali Durga hills. It’s a quick break - travel, food, and yoga with a view.
Who Usually Joins
Mostly folks who feel burnt out, want to disconnect from their phones, or just need a space to breathe. It’s open to anyone looking for a guided meditation retreat or simply wanting some quiet.
Real Talk
These retreats aren’t magic. Sometimes you’ll feel awkward, sometimes you’ll be bored. But if you want to try slowing down, this could be the space for you.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Sharath from AthaYog. Been teaching yoga for 10 years, building this space for five. Indiranagar, then Jayanagar – big steps for us. City life drains people, I see it daily. Yoga here isn’t just twisting your body, adhu bittu (besides that), it’s breathing, feeling, and finding that nemmadi (peace) inside. Nimma manassu matte deha-ke shakti kodoke (give strength to mind and body). Yoga is for everyone, not just fit folks or rishimunis. You come as you are.
My Work
All kinds of yoga classes - Personal training, group sessions, pre and post natal yoga classes, yoga retreats in Bangalore, and healing sound meditation sessions.
How we teach - We blend old-school yogic wisdom with modern science. Certified by AYUSH, we use props for deeper, safer practice.
Beyond just poses - We help you release stress, calm your mind, and find real relief. Some say it’s better than coffee.
Who can join? - Burnt out, lost, or just wanting stillness? Total beginner or advanced, you’ll fit right in with us.
