In this clip from a class, I am guiding students in Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), focusing on the subtle adjustments that prevent injury and unlock the pose's full potential. My approach is always hands-on and alignment-focused, ensuring you build a safe and intelligent practice from the ground up.

Are you looking to start your yoga journey or find relief from chronic pain? In this video, I introduce our Fundamental Yoga Workshop, which is the starting point for all new students at Yogavijnana. I explain how we cover the essential theory and practical aspects of yoga, biomechanics, and breathwork to set a strong and safe foundation for your practice.

Here, I am guiding students in our Yoga Kurunta workshop, using the rope wall to explore postures with greater support and precision. This unique tool helps decompress the spine, improve alignment, and makes advanced poses more accessible. We integrate props like these to help every student, regardless of their flexibility, experience the deeper benefits of yoga.

Yoga therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. In this demonstration, I share three simple yet powerful exercises to strengthen the hip joints and align the pelvis, which are often the root cause of back issues and scoliosis. My therapeutic approach focuses on identifying and addressing the specific biomechanical imbalances in your body for lasting relief.

This image captures the incredible energy of our community during a special session of 108 Surya Namaskars. We offer both online and offline classes, allowing students from anywhere to connect and practice together. The collective discipline and motivation of a group practice, or 'sanga', is a powerful aspect of the yogic path.

Yoga is a gift for all ages. Here, our young students are joyfully engaged in a kids' yoga class, led by Smt. Vanitha Sunil. Our children's programs use stories, games, and gentle yoga to build self-awareness, creativity, and a healthy foundation for life.

My yoga therapy sessions are designed to address specific health concerns like PCOS through a holistic lens. We go beyond physical postures to incorporate breathwork, dietary guidance, and stress management techniques. This helps you work towards balancing hormones and creating a healthier, more harmonious life.

Through the Yogavijnana Foundation, we launched the 'Prāṇa Sañjīvini' program to empower senior citizens with the practice of Pranayama. Here, participants engage in a chair-based breathing session. This initiative reflects my commitment to making the profound benefits of yoga accessible to everyone in our community, at every stage of life.
