About this collection

When I teach, I focus on your spine first. You will hear me say, ‘Nimma bennannu straight aagi itkolli’ (keep your back straight) often because correct alignment is the only way to heal—not by forcing yourself into a pose, but by respecting your limits. In my live online sessions, I keep batch sizes small so I can watch your screen and ensure you are moving safely.

My approach to yoga is based on the belief that practice should be healing rather than exhausting. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, digestive issues, or managing health conditions like PCOD and asthma, the goal is to make your body feel better, not to master complex, fancy postures.

Why Alignment Matters

Most injuries in yoga happen when the body is misaligned. I spend a significant part of every session breaking down the ‘why’ behind each movement. We focus on the basics of postures like Marjaryasana or Bhujangasana to ensure you are engaging the right muscles. By keeping your spine straight and listening to your body, you can unlock long-term relief from stiffness and pain.

My Online Teaching Process

I conduct live, small-group sessions via Zoom where real-time correction is part of the package. Because I limit these groups to 15 students, I can see your posture and offer verbal cues to adjust your form immediately. If you need a more focused approach, I also offer 1-on-1 programs where we create a routine specifically for your health needs, including lifestyle and diet suggestions.

Getting Started

You don't need fancy equipment to begin. Just a mat, some clear space, and a stable internet connection are enough. I provide instructions in both English and Kannada to ensure you understand every cue clearly. We start with warm-ups, move into the therapeutic asanas, and always end with relaxation to calm your nervous system. If you have been looking for a safe space to start, these sessions are designed to help you progress at your own pace.
