About Our Studio & Community
You won't find overcrowded batches or loud music here. We keep our class sizes small—usually 8 to 12 students—so that whether you are working on the wall ropes or finding balance in an aerial hammock, you get the personal adjustments you actually need. It is about learning the technique properly, not just following the crowd.
When I started Yoga Fettle Journey after leaving my banking career, I didn't want just another fitness studio. I wanted a space where 'Yog se hi hoga' wasn't just a tagline, but a daily practice. Located in Defence Colony, our studio is designed for real, practical healing rather than just perfecting a pose for social media.

We offer a diverse range of practices—from Iyengar methods using wall ropes and bricks for perfect alignment to Aerial Yoga for spinal decompression and deep Vinyasa flows. If you are dealing with chronic back pain or just want to de-stress after work, our therapeutic approach ensures you move safely and effectively.

Yoga can be intimidating, especially if you think you aren't 'flexible' enough. That is why we focus on 'sab chalega' (everyone is welcome). We do not care if you cannot touch your toes yet; we start where you are.
