I blend Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa to create flows that build heat and focus, not just muscle. Whether you want to energize your morning or find a moving meditation in the evening, these sessions are about syncing your breath with movement to find real balance.

Clips from a morning Ashtanga practice. This sequence of standing asanas helps to ground your energy and build a strong foundation for your day.

A Saturday afternoon intuitive vinyasa. This is how I practice when I let my body lead, flowing freely between poses based on what feels right.

Vinyasa, you blink and you miss it. This sped-up clip shows a fast-paced flow with lots of spinal twists to detoxify and energize the body.

A flow focused on balancing the root and sacral chakras. It incorporates wide-legged poses and goddess squats to connect with the earth and our creative energy.

A post-work Ashtanga Vinyasa practice starting with Sun Salutations A and B. This is a classic way to warm up the entire body and sync movement with breath.

A standing Vinyasa flow moving through Triangle Pose, Warrior II, and Wide-Legged Forward Bend. This sequence builds strength and stamina.

A short clip showing a fluid transition in a Hatha flow, focusing on forward folds and hamstring stretches.

About Dynamic Vinyasa & Ashtanga Flows

In these sessions, we focus heavily on alignment cues and safe transitions, even in faster-paced Vinyasa. I use real-time verbal feedback to ensure you are moving in a way that respects your joints, especially if you have been sitting at a desk all day. We do not rush; we move with purpose.

Finding Your Rhythm

My dynamic flows are designed to be a moving meditation. While we build physical strength and internal heat, the primary goal is always to connect your movement to your breath. Expect a mix of Hatha’s grounding patience and the rhythmic intensity of Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

What to Expect in Class

We usually start by warming up the spine—often with Surya Namaskar variations—to release the stiffness that accumulates from sitting or stress. From there, we move into standing sequences that challenge your balance and coordination. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for a while, I encourage you to listen to your body rather than chasing the 'perfect' shape. If you need to rest in Child's Pose mid-flow, that is part of the practice.

My Approach to Alignment

I keep my group batches small (5-10 students) specifically so I can see you on screen and offer corrections. I am looking for safe alignment—protecting your knees, keeping your spine neutral, and ensuring you aren't over-extending.

Who This Is For

This cluster is for you if:

  • You want to build sustainable strength and cardiovascular health.
  • You have a desk job and need to improve your posture and spinal mobility.
  • You want a practice that helps you process your day and clear your head.

Come as you are, even if you are tired or haven't practiced in months. We will start where you are, and build from there.

I’m Sanchita. Yoga for me isn't about perfectly posed photos; it is about showing up on the mat with all my flaws and moods. I teach because I want to help you find that same honest space where you can breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself.
