Why I Teach Hatha Yoga
For me, Hatha Yoga is not just stretching or bending - it's a science passed on by Sadhguru, meant for inner transformation. I try to keep it as pure as it was taught, no shortcuts. It’s intense, sometimes tough, but that’s part of what makes it work. No fancy promises, just real tools for real change.
What You’ll Learn
I teach classical Hatha Yoga practices, straight from the Isha system. These aren’t one-size-fits-all exercises. Each module is intense and comes with its own challenges:
- Yogasanas workshop Mumbai: Holding postures that slow aging, boost immunity, and steady your mind. Four days, 2.5 hours each.
- Surya Kriya benefits: Kriya to fire up your energy and balance hormones. Surya Shakti is tougher, more physical. Both run three or four days, up to 3 hours daily.
- Angamardana for beginners: No equipment needed. Great if you want strength and flexibility, but be ready - it’s demanding. Four or five days, about 2.75 hours each.
- Bhuta Shuddhi purification: A single session with a copper kit, for balancing your inner elements.
Who Shows Up Here
Don’t need to be super fit or spiritual. If you want to change something inside, that’s enough. Workshops are for anyone above 14 - beginners, pros, whoever.
Our Space & Community
I run sessions in Navi Mumbai, in a space made for serious practice. It’s not just a studio - the vibe is like a family. We support each other, hang out, and sometimes do festivals together. Online workshops also happen for those outside Mumbai.

My Story
