I teach Hatha Yoga straight from the roots - as Sadhguru designed for Isha Hatha Yoga practices. Each session is about going deep, not just doing postures.
- Yogasanas for mental clarity: These asanas help make your body and mind flexible, working out karmic knots and making you open to life.
- Surya Kriya benefits: This powerful sun-energy practice wakes up your system, stabilises your energy, and connects you with natural rhythms.
- Angamardana bodyweight yoga: Full body workout, no props. It builds strength and flexibility for both movement and stillness.
- Upa-Yoga: Simple routines that get your joints and muscles moving, great if you’re new or want a gentle start.
- Bhuta Shuddhi cleansing: This is about balancing the five elements inside you. When they’re in sync, everything else feels easier.

We call ourselves Abhivarah, means 'Cosmos'. For me, yoga’s not just about stretching or doing fancy asanas. When I started out, I was always thinking – yaar, when will I get flexible, when will I nail that pose? But slowly, I got it. It’s not about competing. It’s about working with what you have, being patient, letting go of comparison. Now, I just want to share that – yoga as a tool for real change, not just exercise.
