Daily Sadhana & Practice
Every morning, if you’ve learned Isha Hatha Yoga, you can drop in for your daily sadhana practice. No teacher, no pressure. Just you, me, and whoever else shows up between 6 and 9 AM. The group energy helps you stick to your routine, and honestly, it’s easier to stay committed with others around.
Workshops & Events
I offer classical Hatha Yoga workshops like Angamardana (people say it’s like lifetime gym membership in a single practice), Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, and Shanmukhi Mudra (the best for tired eyes and too much screen time). Kids get their own Super Hero Yoga, and we do fun stuff like Dandiya workshops during festivals.
Community & Celebrations
Our studio is really a hub for our yoga tribe in Navi Mumbai. We host practice correction sessions, intro classes, drum circles, and big festival nights like Mahashivratri. People stay late, have chai, talk, and sometimes end up dancing. The community vibe is real - not just words.

My Story
My life, ha, it’s always throwing me a curveball. Camel ride, literally and figuratively! In Kathmandu, my bike did a full cartwheel outside Swayambhunath Stupa - not a scratch, just laughs. Missed Sadhguru’s darshan after a wild 24-hour drive, but his energy was everywhere. Best moments? Chai with my Aai, giggling about nothing. I live for those intense, alive flashes - whether on a yoga mat or eating from mom’s dabba. What next, life?
