This is a 5-day, intensive module. Over these days, we cover 30+ processes that will demand your full attention and effort. It is not about how fit you are when you walk in, but how dedicated you are to learning the sequence correctly.

  • Intense Instruction: You get 12 to 14 hours of total contact time. I focus on biomechanical adjustments, ensuring you hold postures with perfect geometry to prevent injury.
  • Tools for Home: I provide a 'Satvik Food' guide to support the energy demands of the practice and access to 'Sankalp Setu,' my 40-day habit tracker to help you stay consistent after the workshop ends.
  • Review & Support: You are never left to figure it out alone. Every participant gets a complimentary practice correction session after the workshop, so we can fine-tune your movements.
