Spaces have their own energy. This is a walkthrough of our beautiful yoga abode in Pondicherry, one of the many places we have had the privilege of conducting Isha Hatha Yoga workshops and soaking in the local culture.

Even after a 12 hour drive to Pondicherry, the power of yogic practices keeps us going. Here we are, all charged up and setting up the space for an early morning yoga workshop.

We often hold free introductory and trial sessions for those curious about Hatha Yoga. It is a great opportunity to learn a simple practice, do a guided meditation, and get all your questions answered.

When we are not running workshops, we are out building our community through shared experiences, from treks to festive gatherings in Navi Mumbai. This is where the practice breathes outside the studio, helping us stay grounded, connected, and ready for whatever life throws our way.
