Life keeps getting busier, and people working or studying in institutions often end up stressed, unfocused, or just plain tired. I use Classical Hatha Yoga as a practical way to help you steady your mind and boost your energy. No complex poses - it’s more about simple tools that actually fit into your daily routine, whether you’re a student or on a corporate team.

What I Offer for Students and Teams

  • For schools and colleges, I run sessions focused on student stress relief. We kick off with a short, relatable talk about why yoga matters, then jump straight into easy practices.

  • Techniques include neck stretches (great for anyone glued to screens), pranayama (breathing that settles your nerves), nada yoga (sound-based practice), and short, guided meditation.

  • I’ve seen students, especially in medical and engineering fields, become calmer and sharper after these sessions.

  • For companies, I create corporate yoga workshops that go beyond tick-box wellness. We mix yoga with real conversations about managing stress and simple habits for better energy.

  • Programs are always adjusted for what your team genuinely needs, not just a one-size-fits-all approach.

How It Works

Mostly, I do on-site workshops around Navi Mumbai. If your team is somewhere else in Bharat (India) or abroad, we can set up online group meditation for organizations too. I’m all about making yoga easy to access, wherever you are.

My Story

My life, ha, it’s always throwing me a curveball. Camel ride, literally and figuratively! In Kathmandu, my bike did a full cartwheel outside Swayambhunath Stupa - not a scratch, just laughs. Missed Sadhguru’s darshan after a wild 24-hour drive, but his energy was everywhere. Best moments? Chai with my Aai, giggling about nothing. I live for those intense, alive flashes - whether on a yoga mat or eating from mom’s dabba. What next, life?

Practice Correction & Daily Sadhana - We run Daily Sadhana Space and practice correction sessions for self-practice and growth.

For Everyone, No Experience Needed - All are welcome, age 14+, beginners or pros. Just bring your willingness to explore.

Beyond Fitness Real Balance - It’s not only about asanas. Many find relief from PCOD, stress, and get that natural glow.

Mumbai Meditators Community - We’re a lively bunch - drum circles, Dandiya nights, sharing highs and lows, committed to practice.
