Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
Pause, breathe, and let go. Whether you're in my Delhi studio or at a mountain retreat, I use Tibetan bowls and guided breathwork to help you clear the noise and reconnect with your energy.
Namaste. I want to share a little about the magic of sound healing, an ancient meditation technique I use in my retreats. The vibrations from the Tibetan bowls help align your chakras, or energy centers, clearing out negativity and letting positivity flow through your mind, body, and soul.
This is a glimpse into a mantra meditation session from my Dehradun Yoga Retreat. We use the power of sound and vibration to bring balance and peace, allowing the noise inside to fade away.

A few moments from a beautiful sound healing retreat in the mountains. I use a set of Tibetan bowls to create a sound bath that helps you relax deeply and find a state of peace.
Here you can see how I place the Tibetan bowls around the body during a private sound healing session. The vibrations travel through the body, helping to release blockages and restore balance to your energy centers.

The power of deep breathing, or pranayama, is immense. I guide my students through techniques like this to help eliminate toxins, reduce stress, and boost mental health.

Another moment of meditation, connecting with the calm, grounding energy of the forest. Finding a beautiful spot like this to just be present is a practice in itself.

About Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
Sound healing isn't just about listening to bowls; it's a physical experience. When I place these Tibetan singing bowls around your body, the vibrations work to clear stagnant energy, which helps if you’ve been feeling heavy or burnt out lately. You don't need any prior experience to start—just a willingness to lie down and let the sound do the work.
It is funny how we often think meditation requires sitting perfectly still and forcing our thoughts to stop. That is not how I teach it. In these sessions, we use sound—specifically the vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls—to do the heavy lifting for us. When I place these bowls around you, the sound waves create a frequency that helps the brain shift from a busy state to a deep, restorative rest. It feels like a spa for your mind.
Whether you join me for a session at my Panchsheel Park studio or come along to one of my retreats in Kasauli or Dehradun, the goal remains the same: to help you feel lighter. We start by tuning into the breath. I guide you through pranayama techniques that help regulate the nervous system, followed by sound baths that work to unblock your chakras and release stored tension.
If you are struggling with sleep, chronic stress, or just feeling out of balance, this is a gentle way to reset. You do not need to be a 'yogi' to benefit. You just need to show up, lie down, and let the vibration help you let go of what you are carrying. If you are curious about how this feels, send me a message and we can chat about what you are looking for.
