Move with the mountains and breathe with the breeze. My nature retreats are designed to help you disconnect from the city and return to yourself.

Here I am in the Warrior II pose, feeling grounded and expansive with the mountains and paddy fields as my witness. My retreats are all about finding these moments of connection between your body, your breath, and the incredible nature around us.

This is what my yoga retreats feel like. We gather under open skies to move, breathe, and reconnect. It’s a journey back to yourself, supported by a like minded community and the serene energy of the Himalayas.

In this sacred space, I invite you to let the rhythm of the mountains guide your breath. This video captures the essence of my practice, focusing on how it feels rather than how it looks. It's a quiet conversation with yourself.

Practicing Natarajasana, the Lord of the Dance pose, in a beautiful park. This asana is wonderful for building strength, balance, and flexibility, helping to open the hips and focus the mind.

A glimpse of a sunset yoga flow at one of my retreats in Kasauli. Moving the body as the sun goes down is a beautiful way to honor the day and prepare for a restful evening.

Demonstrating the Goddess Pose, or Utkata Konasana, during an outdoor class. This is a powerful stance that builds strength in the legs and opens the hips.

Finding a moment to strike a yoga pose at the beautiful Tegenungan Waterfall. Practicing yoga in such powerful natural spots helps to cleanse your energy and fill you with positivity.

A side view of the Natarajasana pose, showing the deep backbend and stretch. My little dog often joins my outdoor practice, adding to the joy.

Moving into the High Lunge, or Crescent Lunge, pose. This asana strengthens the legs and opens the chest, and practicing it with a view of the mountains makes it even more powerful.

A deep forward fold in the Prasarita Padottanasana, or wide-legged forward bend. This pose is excellent for calming the mind and stretching the hamstrings and back.

About The Practice: Yoga in Nature

My retreats aren't about perfecting a handstand or sticking to a rigid, dawn-to-dusk schedule. We keep things laidback, just like the mountains themselves. You will find a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and sound healing, but the real goal is simply to breathe, disconnect from the city, and let your body reset at its own pace.
