About Sound Healing & Meditation

These aren't just passive listening sessions. I structure each sound bath as a guided 'work-in' process, where we move from gentle pranayama into Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep). You will be lying down in Savasana, supported by cylindrical bolsters to ensure your body is fully at ease, allowing the frequencies from our live Tibetan singing bowls and gongs to wash over you and settle your nervous system.

Sound healing works by using 'acoustic immersion'—a controlled environment of frequency and vibration—to shift your brain waves from a state of alert activity to deep relaxation. When you attend a session at our Andheri West studio, you are not just relaxing; you are actively engaging in nervous system regulation.

Our sessions are open to everyone, regardless of previous yoga experience. You do not need to be flexible or have a 'quiet' mind to start. Many students come to us feeling overwhelmed by work or life and leave feeling significantly lighter. We keep our batches small (10-15 participants) to ensure everyone has enough floor space to stretch out and truly let go.
