About Himalayan & Riverside Retreats
These aren't strict fitness camps where you worry about perfect poses. Whether we’re at a villa in Kasauli or by the Ganga in Rishikesh, my retreats are about feeling, not performing. We combine Hatha and Vinyasa flow with the deep vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to help you disconnect from your phone, your stress, and your to-do list.
When you join one of my retreats, the goal is simple: to help you slow down. I don't believe in cookie-cutter schedules. While I structure our morning Hatha or Vinyasa flows and evening sound healing sessions, the rest of the day is flexible. We might sit with chai, explore the hills on electric bikes in Kasauli, or just listen to the river in Dehradun.
My philosophy is that yoga and a good diet go hand in hand. You will be nourished by gourmet Sattvic meals designed to help your digestion and keep your mind clear. If you are feeling burnt out or just want to explore pranayama and chakra balancing in a community that feels like family, you are in the right place.
We practice outdoors whenever possible to reconnect with the earth. The sound healing sessions using Tibetan bowls are particularly popular; many students describe the vibrations as a spa for the mind, which is exactly how I want you to feel. You don't need to be an expert yogi to join—whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, we’ll move, breathe, and find peace together.
Common Questions:
- Do I need to be flexible? Not at all. We focus on how your body feels, not how it looks.
- What about the food? Everything is vegetarian and Sattvic, prepared to keep you energized.
- Can I come alone? Most of my participants do. You will find a supportive group waiting to welcome you.
