About Join a Class or Event
Unlike generic classes where you are just another mat in the room, my sessions are built around where you are right now. We start by talking, understanding your energy levels, any physical discomfort, or simply what your mind needs that day, before we ever move into a pose. Whether you join me at my Panchsheel Park studio or link up via Zoom, you get the same focused attention on breathwork and alignment, not just how the posture looks.
I believe that yoga is not about twisting yourself into a knot, but about feeling good in your own skin. My classes cover a range of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Sivananda flow, ensuring that we find the right movement for your body. If you are struggling with stress or just need to quiet your mind, my sound healing sessions with Tibetan singing bowls are a deeply relaxing way to balance your chakras and release tension.

- Personalised Approach: No cookie-cutter routines. We identify your goals first, whether it is increasing flexibility, finding calm, or simply building a consistent habit.
- Studio & Online: You can visit my studio in Panchsheel Park, New Delhi, for an in-person experience, or join me virtually via Zoom if you are traveling or based elsewhere.
- Breathwork & Sound: Every session incorporates pranayama (breathwork) and often closes with sound therapy to ensure you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
