Finding Stillness in the Noise
Many people come to my studio in Panchsheel Park or join my retreats in the Himalayas because they are looking for a way to quiet a busy mind. Sound healing, using Tibetan singing bowls, is a direct pathway to that calm. When I strike the bowls, the resulting vibrations work on the energy centers of your body, known as chakras. It is not just about hearing the sound; it is about letting the resonance help you release tension and unblock stagnant energy.
