I host my retreats in beautiful, peaceful locations, from the Himalayas to serene riverside spots. It's all about creating a laid back space where you can practice yoga outdoors, connect with a supportive community, and find your stillness.
The Practice: Yoga in Nature
We practice different styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Sivananda Flow, always outdoors with incredible views. The focus is not on perfect poses, but on how it feels to move and breathe, connecting your body and soul with the natural surroundings.
Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
Experience the deep relaxation of sound healing with Tibetan bowls, where vibrations work to align your chakras and release negativity. I also guide you through simple meditations, mantra chanting, and breathwork to quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner self.
