Using the wall for Viparita Karani (legs-up-the-wall pose) is a simple yet powerful way to relieve tired legs and calm the nervous system. It's a favorite in my stress-relief sessions.
We also work on building functional strength. These core-strengthening leg raises are excellent for improving metabolism and supporting a healthy lower back.

About My Studio: In-Person & Online Sessions
In my Munirka studio, I keep the afternoons exclusively for private therapy sessions (12 PM to 4 PM). This dedicated window allows for deep, undisturbed work using props like blocks, straps, and bolsters to support your healing, whether you are dealing with chronic lower back pain or just looking for a quiet space to reset.
Whether you visit my physical studio or connect through a screen, my focus remains the same: the 'work-in.' When you enter the studio, you will find a quiet, calm atmosphere that helps you turn inward, away from the daily chaos. I use studio props intentionally to assist with alignment and deep tissue release, especially during those afternoon therapy slots.
For those practicing online, I bring that same standard of care to your living room. We use live video sessions where I focus on verbal posture correction and alignment checks. You do not need to be a pro to start; I guide you from wherever you are today. We might work on specific Pranayama for stress release, or focused Asana sequences to support your metabolism and posture.
If you are coming to the studio, you receive hands-on tactile adjustments. If you are online, I help you make your own space work, including checks on your home furniture ergonomics to prevent pain. Every session is planned specifically for you, with no copy-paste routines. We work on your breath, your goals, and your energy. ✨
