About this collection
It is not about achieving the perfect pose in my classes. If you are dealing with PCOD, burnout, or just feeling stuck, we use somatic movement and breathwork to help your body process those stored emotions. I keep my groups intimate so I can actually guide you through your specific blocks.
My sessions are 100% online because I want to make real healing accessible, whether you are in a metro city or halfway across the world. I have spent years moving from being the girl glued to her mat to someone who understands that true wellness is holistic. We focus on Yoga Psychology to address why you might be self-sabotaging, Somatic Release to let go of physical trauma, and Breathwork to regulate your nervous system when anxiety hits.
Whether you join my monthly group batches or opt for 1-on-1 coaching, my goal is simple: to help you stop fighting your body and start listening to it. You get session recordings if you miss a live class, access to a supportive community of women, and a no-nonsense environment where we choose progress over perfection.
