This advanced posture demonstrates the strength and flexibility that can be achieved through dedicated practice. In my classes, we work step by step to build the foundation required for such asanas safely.

Proper alignment is key to a safe and effective practice. Here, I am providing a hands-on adjustment in Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose, to help a student deepen the stretch and perfect her form during a group class.

Many of my students are working professionals who experience neck and shoulder pain. This video demonstrates a simple yet effective sequence of ten exercises that can be done even while sitting at a desk to relieve tension and improve posture.

We begin many of our sessions with Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, often chanted with traditional mantras. This foundational sequence is a complete body workout that warms up the muscles, connects breath with movement, and centers the mind.

The Purna Bhujangasana, or Full Cobra Pose, is a deep backbend that strengthens the spine and opens the chest. It is an expression of grace and power that we build towards with careful preparation and guidance.
