The vibrations of a singing bowl can guide the mind into a meditative state effortlessly. We use sound healing in our sessions to deepen relaxation and enhance the spiritual benefits of the practice.
Students in our teacher training course practice Pranayama. Learning to control the breath is fundamental to controlling the mind and is a key component of the yogic path we teach.
This video montage includes scenes of our students practicing Bhramari Pranayama, or the Bee Breath, during a yoga retreat. This technique is incredibly calming for the mind and nervous system.
About The Spiritual Path: Pranayama & Meditation
You will find that our approach to meditation is practical rather than purely abstract. Whether we are using singing bowls to guide your focus or practicing Bhramari Pranayama to settle the nervous system, every session has a clear, physical goal. If you are a beginner, we start with simple breathing rhythm exercises, so you never feel overwhelmed by the process.
Breath is the bridge between the body and the mind. At Spiritual Yoga Ashram, we believe you cannot master your mind until you learn to manage your breath. In these sessions at our Sector 122 studio, we focus on traditional techniques that help you handle the pressures of modern life.
We integrate Pranayama (breathing control) to balance your energy, followed by Dhyana (meditation) to help you find silence in the daily noise. We also incorporate sound healing, using the vibrations of singing bowls to help you enter a meditative state more effortlessly.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, difficulty focusing, or simply need to decompress after work, these practices provide tangible tools for stress management. We offer both group sessions in our peaceful Noida studio and private, one-on-one sessions at your home across Noida and East Delhi. Every session is designed to make these ancient techniques accessible for your daily routine, ensuring you can carry this sense of calm with you long after the class ends.
Spiritual Yoga Ashram
I am Saurabh Kumar. For me, yoga is jeevan jeene ki kala—the art of living. I founded this ashram to share the same vitality I found in the Himalayas, moving beyond simple physical poses to help you connect with your inner self.
