Purna Bhujangasana, or Full Cobra Pose, is highly therapeutic for the spine. By strengthening back muscles and improving spinal flexibility, it helps correct posture and can reduce lower back pain.

Here, I am assisting a student in Purna Shalabhasana, the Full Locust Pose. This powerful back-strengthening asana is excellent for building core stability and supporting a healthy spine.
