Group Yoga Classes in Noida Sector 122
Join our supportive group sessions at the Sector-122 ashram. We practice a balanced blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, grounded in traditional mindfulness and authentic alignment.
This video shows our class moving through a dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, specifically the Surya Namaskar B sequence. This practice builds internal heat, stamina, and concentration.
Students in our group class hold Parivrtta Utkatasana, the Revolved Chair Pose. This challenging twist detoxifies the body, strengthens the core, and improves balance.
Here, I am assisting a student with her alignment in Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog. This is a fundamental pose we refine to ensure a strong and safe foundation for all our practitioners.
A look at the synchronized flow of our group classes. Students are transitioning through a Vinyasa sequence, linking poses like Warrior I and Downward-Facing Dog with their breath.
This clip captures our students practicing Chakrasana, the Wheel Pose. It shows different levels of flexibility and strength, as some hold the full pose while others work on preparatory backbends.
The focus and determination of our students is evident as they practice a twisting variation of Utkatasana, or Chair Pose. This asana is excellent for building heat and toning the entire body.
A student practices Bakasana, the Crow Pose, during an advanced class. This arm balance requires significant core strength and focus, which we develop through progressive training.
This video shows the progression into Sirsasana, or Headstand, during one of our advanced yoga classes in Noida. We guide students through each step to ensure they can perform inversions safely.
About Group Classes at Our Noida Ashram
In our group sessions, we do not just mimic postures. I provide hands-on physical adjustments for every student during the class, ensuring your alignment is safe and effective regardless of your experience level. We limit our batch sizes to 8 to 15 people, creating a space where you receive personal attention without getting lost in a crowd.
Our Approach to Group Yoga
Yoga is often misunderstood as simple stretching, but here at our Sector-122 ashram, we treat it as an internal practice—a 'jeevan jeene ki kala' (art of living). Each 60-minute session is structured to move beyond the physical.
Session Structure
Every class is a balanced progression. We begin by centering the mind, followed by Asanas—starting with foundational Surya Namaskar and moving into Hatha and Vinyasa flows. I emphasize proper form using alignment mirrors and props like blocks and straps to ensure beginners stay safe while advanced students can challenge their boundaries.
Following the movement, we dedicate time to Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. This is where the real benefit lies: calming the nervous system and balancing your energy after the physical exertion of the asanas.

Spiritual Yoga Ashram
I am Saurabh Kumar. When I founded the Spiritual Yoga Ashram in 2012, my vision was to create a sanctuary that felt like a place of growth, not a gym. I lead these group classes personally because I believe yoga is an art that requires careful, hands-on guidance, which is exactly what we cultivate here every day.
