Proper alignment is the foundation of a safe and sustainable practice. Whether you are training to become an instructor or seeking deep personal guidance, I focus on correcting your posture to ensure your practice remains safe and effective.

Providing a physical adjustment in Trikonasana helps the student feel the correct alignment in their own body. This tactile feedback is a core part of my teaching method in both personal and group settings.

Assisting a student with a deep backbend requires trust and precise support. Here, I am helping her move into the pose safely, ensuring her spine is protected while she explores her flexibility.

In Purna Shalabhasana, or Full Locust Pose, I help the student lift higher while maintaining stability. This kind of personalized support allows practitioners to safely explore the full expression of a pose.

About Personalized Guidance & Teacher Training

In both my 200-hour teacher training and private sessions, I prioritize hands-on physical adjustments. Many students come to me having practiced for years but still experience joint discomfort because their alignment is slightly off. I work with you to understand your unique anatomy, modifying asanas so you can deepen your flexibility and strength without risking injury.

Yoga is not just about mimicking a pose you see on a screen; it is about how that pose serves your body. In my sessions at the Sector-122 ashram, we move beyond generic instructions. I guide you through the minute details—where your weight should shift in Trikonasana or how to maintain stability in Purna Shalabhasana.

My Approach to Instruction

My methodology focuses on 'jeevan jeene ki kala'—the art of living. This requires a strong technical base. During our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, we dedicate significant time to anatomy and the art of physical adjustment. If you are learning to teach, you need to understand not just the 'what' of the asana, but the 'why' behind the alignment.

For personal guidance, we begin by assessing your physical limits. Whether you are dealing with chronic stiffness or aiming for advanced arm balances, I curate the session to your body’s needs. We do not rush. We use props, breathwork (Pranayama), and consistent, hands-on feedback to ensure that every minute you spend on the mat builds a healthier habit, not just a temporary sweat.

Who This Is For

  • Aspiring Instructors: Those looking for traditional, alignment-focused teacher training in Noida.
  • Regular Practitioners: Students who feel stuck in their practice and want to move toward more advanced inversions or backbends safely.
  • Individuals Seeking Recovery: Those who need to correct bad posture habits built up from sedentary work life.

By keeping our groups small, I ensure every student receives the attention they require to practice safely. Yoga is a journey, and my role is to ensure your path is steady.
