The Ashtanga Vinyasa style shown here is a powerful and athletic form of yoga. The continuous flow from one pose to the next builds strength, endurance, and flexibility, making it highly effective for a weight loss journey.

When you join our weight loss batches in Sector 122, we prioritize safe alignment alongside physical intensity. Unlike generic fitness classes, we incorporate specific breathwork and Hatha-Vinyasa flows that target metabolism and digestion, ensuring you build sustainable strength and flexibility without the risk of injury.
Weight loss is often treated as a frantic race, but yoga teaches us that consistency matters more than speed. At our Noida studio, we focus on helping you understand your body’s potential through controlled movement.
Why Our Approach Works
We blend Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, and Surya Namaskar sequences to create a routine that keeps your heart rate up while maintaining the meditative quality of yoga. This combination helps in two ways: it engages muscle groups effectively for toning, and it helps reduce the cortisol levels that often lead to fat retention.

- Alignment-Focused: We use wooden flooring and mirrors so you can see your form and I can provide manual adjustments. This prevents strain and ensures you are hitting the poses correctly.
- Spiritual Integration: We do not skip the 'Pranayama' and meditation. These are critical for managing the stress that often drives emotional eating.
- Batch Structure: With 8 to 15 students per batch, you get enough individual attention to correct your posture, but you also benefit from the collective energy of the class.
We provide all the necessary props like mats and straps at the studio, so you only need to bring your focus. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your practice, we adjust the flow to match your current fitness level, making sure you feel challenged but never overwhelmed.
