Yoga is not just about flexibility, it is about regaining comfort in your own body through gentle, supported movement.

So happy to see my client's progress in movement. We use props like chairs and pillows to make stretches accessible and effective for his body.

About Yoga for Healing & Mobility

Healing does not happen overnight. In these sessions, we use chairs, blocks, and yoga wheels not to push limits, but to create space in stiff joints and support your spine. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain or need safer ways to move, these props help you stay stable and secure while you stretch.

My Approach to Healing

I learned the hard way that yoga is not a race. After overtraining and being told by my doctor to stop everything for six months, I had to unlearn the habit of 'pushing' through pain. Now, my sessions focus on listening to what your body actually needs. Sab kuch dheere dheere hota hai (everything happens slowly, friend).

How We Use Props

  • Chair and Wall Support: These are not just for beginners. They allow us to hold poses longer and deeper, which is essential for working with conditions like scoliosis, kyphosis, or general joint stiffness. By taking the weight off certain muscles, we can safely target the areas that need release.
  • Yoga Wheels and Blocks: These help you maintain proper alignment when flexibility is limited. If you cannot touch your toes or find backbends intimidating, these tools bridge the gap, allowing you to access the benefits of the pose without straining.

Who Is This For?

This cluster is for anyone who wants to move without fear. I have worked with seniors needing help with mobility, clients managing conditions like gout or PCOD, and those recovering from physical injuries. The practice is tailored to your energy levels. We build strength, improve circulation, and use breathwork to manage the stress that often accompanies physical pain.

If you have an existing condition or a specific area of discomfort, let me know. We will start with a posture assessment to build a sequence that feels safe for you.
