As the sun sets over the city, we find balance and connection. Acro Yoga is a practice of trust and communication, and I guide partners to safely explore what's possible together.
This is what consistent practice looks like. In just a few years, my client went from starting her journey to mastering Raj Kapotasana (King Pigeon Pose). I believe in patient, steady progress, and her dedication is a true inspiration.
My practice is deeply rooted in the traditions of yoga. This moment captures the essence of turning inward, where the fire of desire becomes the flame of truth. It is this spiritual foundation that I bring to every class.
The energy in a group class is powerful. Here, we are working on standing balancing poses, a practice that sharpens focus and brings the mind, body, and breath into alignment. This helps build core stability and presence.
Yoga is for every body and every age. In this private session, I'm guiding my 64-year-old client through gentle movements using props like straps and the wall to improve joint mobility and reduce stiffness, making the practice safe and accessible.
A handstand is more than just a pose. It builds upper body and core strength, improves balance, boosts confidence, and teaches discipline. Here is a glimpse into the foundational strength work we do in my classes.
Music is a powerful tool for healing and meditation in yoga. I often incorporate the flute into my sessions to help students deepen their relaxation, support breathwork, and find a state of inner calm.
Let's get playful with Animal Flow. This group session shows a fun, dynamic practice that builds strength, mobility, and coordination by mimicking animal movements. It's a great way to connect with your body in a new way.
Hearing feedback from my students is the best part of my job. Their words of encouragement and seeing their progress in unlocking new movements and overcoming fears fills my heart with gratitude.
What is 'Sukoon' or deep peace? For me, it's found in moments like these, moving with intention and connecting with nature. This is a look at my personal morning asana flow that helps me find calm and center myself for the day.

Progress is not about rushing into a pose—it is about consistency and listening to your limits. Sab kuch dheere dheere hota hai (everything happens slowly), and I am here to guide you safely through that journey.
My practice is a mix of the traditional and the functional. I bring over a decade of experience to the mat, but I treat every student as an individual with unique goals.

- Therapeutic Focus: If you are dealing with specific issues like back pain, scoliosis, or joint stiffness, I use props like chairs, straps, and blocks to make the practice safe and effective.
- Dynamic Movement: For those looking for a challenge, we can dive into Acro Yoga, Partner Yoga, or Animal Flow. These sessions are great for building strength, trust, and coordination.
- Mindful Integration: Yoga is not just exercise. I often include breathwork, meditation, and even live music—like flute or guitar—during Savasana to help you truly disconnect from the daily grind and find your 'Sukoon' (deep peace).
Whether you are a senior citizen working on mobility or an athlete looking to improve performance, we start where you are. My goal is to ensure that by the end of our time together, you leave the mat feeling more grounded, capable, and connected to your own energy.
